Installing LEVELGUARD

LEVELGUARD mounts easily to any truck rack or utility truck body, using a tamper-resistant mounting hardware system and security fasteners. |

LEVELGUARD mounting hardware features the use of a custom heavy duty stainless steel security bracket that utilizes fastener cavities to increase resistance to theft. This hardware comes with a stainless steel 2" dia. round tube adaptor making it possible to install this hardware and or LEVELGUARD on both round and square tubing.

Each LEVELGUARD kit features Vandlegard 5/16 Break-away Nuts from Tuffnet. The break-away nut is installed with regular tools, including socket wrenches. Upon tightening, the hex head shears off, leaving the 5/8" wide conical base inside of the fastener cavity.
