All LEVELGUARD models are made of a tough, light weight rectangular extruded (6061 aircraft aluminum) tube with a keyed, slam latching, cam lock on a recessed Stainless Steel Door at one end and a welded-on 1/4" thick aluminum plate at the opposing end. This long assembly has an inner sleeve of plastic to prevent metal to metal wearing of tools and a weather strip gasket at the door to prevent water leaks. Both LEVELGUARD models come in 100" and 81" versions, enabling a wide range of spirit level and truck size applications (See Sizing Chart).

|
LEVELGUARD Model 1 secures one individual spirit level and accommodates all brands of professional grade levels from 48" to 96" in length. For easier tool retrieval, Model 1 features an ejector spring that pushes the spirit level 1 1/2" outside of the tube when the door is opened. This spring also acts as a vibration dampener, reducing shock while in transit. |

|
LEVELGUARD Model 2 is a larger version designed to accommodate the multiple level fabric carrying cases made by Stabila and other manufacturers.. Like its smaller relative, Model 2 features the same tough construction, choice of lengths, and waterproof seal. To allow fabric carrying cases to do their job, the ejector spring is excluded from this model. |

Sizing Chart
Choosing the correct length LEVELGUARD is dependant on two factors: (1) the length of your Level or Multi-Level Case, and (2) your installation location. NOTE: LEVELGUARD also has a removable door head assembly with continuous screw bosses in the extruded aluminum tube; enabling LEVELGUARD to be custom cut to any length.
